SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

What is a Sewer Scope?

A sewer scope inspection uses a specialized camera to examine the main sewer line from your home to the city connection. This inspection helps identify issues like:

  • Cracks or damage in the pipe
  • Standing water or blockages
  • Tree root intrusion
  • Pipe separations or misalignments
  • Grease buildup or foreign debris (like food waste or hygiene products)

You'll receive a video recording of the inspection along with clear, professional recommendations based on our findings.

Why get a sewer scope inspection?

Even small blockages or damage can lead to slow drains, backups, and costly repairs. A sewer scope is especially recommended if:

  • The home has mature trees or landscaping
  • Plumbing is older (cast iron or galvanized steel)
  • The property was recently renovated
  • You're buying a home and want peace of mind
