Vision Property Inspections (VPI) wants to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, realtor partners and team members very seriously. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we practice the following:
VPI inspectors wear sanitary gloves, mask, and other protective gear while performing all home inspections.
VPI inspectors regularly and thoroughly clean their hands with an alcohol-based hand rub and/or with soap and water.
Following the directions of local government authorities and Center of Disease and Control (CDC), any VPI inspector that has any sign of illness are not allowed to work until cleared by a medical professional.
VPI inspectors remain at least 6 feet between themselves and other individuals.

It is said, a picture is worth a thousand words. How many words is a video worth? Millions! VP Inspectors take videos in addition to photos during the inspection. These video clips are incorporated into your report so that for you receive an all-around understanding of inspection findings.
VPI can utilize video conferencing if clients and/or realtors are not present at the inspection.
